The given conditions present as a goal the definition of the general conditions of sale, established between GoSuper and the User, from the act of ordering to the different services offered by GoSuper, such as the payment methods and the conditions of merchandise delivery. These conditions regulate every stage necessary to place the order and guarantee the process of this transaction between the contracting parties.
PLACING THE ORDER
The user can place his/her order online, at www.gosuper.com.
To complete the order, the user should provide his/her personal data, such as Username, Password (strictly personal), his/her name, address, etc. In order to do so, the user should fill every requested field for this matter. In case you are registering for the first time, you will have the possibility of creating a new account or you can simply fill in the necessary fields that the dispatching of your order requires.
When the user finishes placing his/her order, he/she manifests his/her complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products included in this transaction. These conditions are the only applicable between the two parties.
Any litigation regarding this last matter will be solved through an exchange of information and with the guarantees as follows.
In case of unavailability of the product, GoSuper pledges to inform the user as well as reimburse the amount he/she has eventually payed, within no more than 30 days, from the date we acknowledge the unavailability.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERIES
GoSuper sends orders to all State Members of the European Union, as well as Switzerland, Braziland the countries of the former USSR, with an estimated delivery time between 1 up to 10 working days depending on the country.
The transport companies we work with make deliveries from Mondays to Fridays, between 08h00 and 19h00, to an address of your choice.
The delivery times are indicative, and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural obstruction to the delivery, such as: incorrect delivery address or any setbacks beyond our control. The transport companies do not make deliveries on holydays and weekends and it is not possible to choose a specific time for the delivery.
